All Prices quoted exclude VAT.
24 hours notice is required on all buffets, however we will endeavour to meet your requirements at short notice but may not be able to guarantee availability of all products.
All telephone orders require fax, email or written confirmation before your order will be met.
We understand that sometimes there is a need to cancel an order. If you need to cancel your order we require as much notice as possible, preferably 24 hours. We prepare all food fresh on the day of delivery if you are able to contact us before your order is prepared we will be able to cancel your order without charge, however if the food has been prepared you will be subject to the full charge.
Unless a credit account has been agreed payment is by cash on delivery, all cheque payments must be made in advance to allow for clearance.
All platters are returnable or a fee will be charged.
We reserve the right to change or replace any item without notice. We will endeavour to replace it with an item of a similar nature and value. Where this is not possible a full refund will be given.
Buffets are subject to a minimum order of 4 people.
